The other day my wife was riding the Quad and it just died, like it ran out of gas. Towed it home and figured that it had to be fuel pump,changed the whole fuel pump assembly with Ebay pump and now I have to prime it to get it started. I can keep it running til about 3000 RPM and then it starts to bog and miss fire. I cleaned the injector with cleaner, when it starts to bog down I lightly spray some carb cleaner and it clears up so it sounds like its not getting the right fuel mixture. Any Ideas !!!!!

 

OK I'm going to answer my own question in case anyone else runs into this problem. I bought the Polaris Sportsman 500 700 800 EFI Fuel Pump X2 MV7 2004-2007 2520437 + regulator from WAY-Sports everything was easy to install but after putting everything back together it would not run right, thought maybe it's now the TPS sensor then I tried using my old regulator and it fired right up and runs just fine, So if your buying one of the fuel pumps on ebay just be careful of this problem.
