hi guys i have a polaris sportsman 400 (2001) has brand new carb idles great but when you give it throttle it bogs and tries to die if you ease into throttle it screams i cant seem to figure out why it bogs when given gas.

 

are the setting correct? are the correct size jets in it is the needle set correctly?
