03 Polaris Magnum 330 4x4

The driveshaft is spinning from the engine to front diff, but wheels won't engage

Are you sure there is not a sheared gear in your differential?

Also, check the hub fluid. Good ole Polaris likes to have hub fluid for some odd reason. Google it and you will see what I'm talking about. Make sure it it is filled to the proper level.

Last, check the gaps on your hub magnents. Those hub magnets and the contraption Polaris uses to engage the lock (inside the hub) are very problematic. Refer to a manual for proper clearance of the magnet ring. They are very fineky so be careful.
