Hello and good day. So I broke the thumb throttle off my 500 the other day ordered in a aluminum replacement installed it and the quad would not start. I installed a zip tie in between the 2 contacts in there and it fired up. What is the gap setting for these or how would you go about setting this up correctly?

 

the setting is about 1/8" gap for the override to work correctly.
