Well I had to take the Mag in for the oil line recall on Tuesday. On the way home from work today I drove by the dealer and saw MY quad hooked to their trailer. (they're moving into a new building next door)
So I turned around and stopped to see if it was ready to go. Of course they said it was, so I came home to get my trailer and go pick it up. I only live about three blocks from the dealer so it was pretty quick.
When I got back my quad was STILL hooked to their trailer! I waited five minutes for someone to remove the trailer and get me an invoice for the work.
While loading it up I noticed the fuel switch on reserve so naturaly I checked the tank, and THEY burned 3/4 of a tank of gas!
As the **** was refilling my tank and kissing my a$$ I noticed the recall wasn't even done!(the quad is on my trailer already) God am I pi$$ed off!
So now they swear it will be done by the time I get off work tommorrow @ 3:00
And to top it all off, my quad was spotless when I dropped it off. Today, the floorboards are dirty, and there are HUGE black boot scuffs on the fenders.

I'd be rippin mad if I pulled up to a dealership and they were using my wheeler, I can see if they did some work and were testing it out, but hauling a trailer?? WTF??? Thats cool, they beat on your machine instead of the 10+ others that they have... I'd give them a good "reaming" and take my wheeler to another dealership.

I wonder if they had the common sense to use low range while they were "borrowing" your 325 and using up 3 gallons of gas.

While they were kissing your @$$ did they say there would be no charges for the repair and by the way here is a free camo quad cover ?

Actually, it was in for a warranty recall, and as a matter of fact, when I went back Saturday to pick it up, Fixed this time, they apologized again and gave me a $25 gift certificate for the parts dept.
