I picked up a 2007 ranger xp700. Just put in a new battery. It starts then after about 20 seconds idles down to like 750rpm and sometimes dies. Also when hitting the throttle it will sometimes cut out for a second, but it still revs. I cleaned the T-bap, cut out the tbap harness tested the wires and respliced in. Ive replaced plugs, checked compression, cleaned throttle body. What else could I try?

 

Also just a code 25. And when I run it with the tbap unplugged it idles at a normal rpm.
