Can anyone help me? I have no idea where my fuse box is and Thats where I think I need to be because my screen is black, and my high beam’s dont work. So I think I need to replace the fuse. And any where someone else tells me it’s not there. Any ideas? -2004.5 Polaris sportsman 500 H.O.

Default Fuse box

Your year and model does not have a fuse box. It has a control module that takes the place of the fuse box and performs other functions. You really need to get a factory service manual to help identify the components and to understand their operation.

Thanks for helping. I recently got this from my grandfather and he had taken things off it’s missing screws and one of the body panels. So as you can probably guess there is no manual. But I have one on the official Polaris website.
