I was curious if any of you know of a place you can purchase the lightbulbs for the headlights. I recently purchased a light (12V 30-30W) that cost me $18.00. I looked all over trying to find one and I just couldn't come across one. Anybody else experienced this problem. $18 is unbelievable. Thanks...Jim

I gave up on the factory lights (low beam). Too expensive.

I went to Wal-Mart and bought a pair of driving lights that *look* original, but use a very common 55w H3 bulb.

The new lights (green quad) look original but are brighter and the bulbs are cheaper. I did have to drill a holes in the bumper to mount them. Original lights mount from the side, new ones mount from the bottom.

Thanks! I guess I should of posted then purchased, rather than purchased and then posted. Oh well, I think I'll make the mod before too long.

I was wanting a little more light out of my Trail Boss a couple of months ago. While at a local auto parts store I started checking out halogen bulbs and found one with same base as my non-halogen headlight bulb. It made a huge difference and cost around $7. If you have your old bulb around you might be able to find one with similar base that would save you $ and be brighter as well. BK
