Noticed that my AWD was only using 3-wheels when backing out of muskeg. Also had the quad jacked off the ground & the right front whell doesn't lock in when in reverse, but works fine in forward. I've change the oil almost every week-end so that's not it. Does anyone have any ideas as to why it working this way?

Check your wheel bearings and adjust the tourqe on the axel nut to 144" pounds if that dont work Check the pole gap on the strut casting What does that measure out to?

Hey Dazed! Well I don't have an inch-pound tourge wrench, $150 canadian, and i'm trying to understand the rest of that mumbo jumbo you described. My owners manual says 100 inch-pound.

Are you holding in the override button? The front wheels won't lock up in reverse unless its pushed in.
