The other day I was in Wal-Mart and I saw a 12volt air compressor and I said "Hmm,that could be useful." So I bought it. You better believe it's handy! You just plug it into the adapter on the four wheeler, truck,or whatever, and you have a great remedy for a flat. And it's small, and only ten bucks.

I agree, we carry one with us. Also, try to find some tire mounting compound too. A tire shop might sell some to you. It sure beats trying to pack mud around the bead to seal it if it separates. Great stuff! Last week my brother in law was clearing his land with a Bobcat and a tire went flat and came off the rim. This stuff sealed it and it popped right back on. And those ain't small tires!

What brand did you buy??? I bought one at Wal-mart & took it back. That damn thing couldn't pump up anything! Not even the jam

We have a cheap one too. It works great for just about anything, but on truck tires it's pretty slow.
