I Emailed RCR twice now with nor responses. I Emailed about an air filter awhile back and got no response, so I bought elsewhere. Now I Email about the performance kits, and no response again! Does anyone get replies from Emails sent there? Or do they just answer certain ones? What's up??????

Yep..Same here...I emailed him about some engine work a month or so ago..Guess they don't know how to read email, or want business.

Guys , sorry to disappoint you with my lack of being able to keep up with E-mail . I get so much I could sit here for many hours every day . The best way to reach me is by telephone , I always answer from the time I wake up til I sleep at night . I do want your business , and I will personally see to it you are happy with your purchases .

Every time I call RCR, Rick himself answers,
and not once did he push me off to someone else.
He answers whatever ??'s I have and ship's promply
Actually I wonder how he gets any work done
with the phone ringing all the time

Rick answered my email, and told me to call him. I talked to Rick himself and never even got put on hold! Just call him. don't bother with email, nobody wants to be bothered with email when it is so much easier to answer over the phone

Definitly call him. He is a very nice guy. He is not just there to sell you things. He will also help you with any questions or problems with his products.

I ordered my spark arrester from him, and he even explained what types of arresters are out there and how they work. A1 service in my book.

I will also defend RcR and their reputation.Rick has been nothing but good to me in every way.I have bought wrong parts that I sent back,he accepted the returns with NO problem. He will spend as much time as you need to on the phone.Heck,I occasionally call him for his recommendations or questions regarding certain ATV parts,he wont try and sell you something that wont help you.

And I have never called his phone # when HE himself did'nt answer.I'd give him a phone call and another try,let him know you guys are the ones from the Connection.Im betting he makes it right with you guys?

Don't let the unanswered email give you the wrong idea.I've always just called Rick and he has always answered right away. He seems like a straight up guy that actually wants to sell you what you need rather than what he can make the most money on.

Rick has answered my emails, emailed me with more info, answered my calls and called me himself when clarification was needed.

I have called Rick a few times and always get him in person, and he spends all the time you need to help you out. can you even guess the number of emails this guy gets??? it would take him all day to reply to them all.
And another good thing about Rick is that he sells both his stuff and HPD so whatever one you need he has you covered..
