that was on mine yours could be diffrent cause of the temp like right now it is 3 celsus leave your pilot for now but if you change the main and it get so it does not run right then turn it in or out do you have a 170 main with u ?

you main will affect everything pilot i think is up to 1/8 throttle needle is above 1/8 to half or 3/4 the way you describe it sounds to rich

Yeah, i put a 170 main in, but didnt run it yet. I know its lean, but i havent done this before and wanted to talk to someone first, to be sure i wasn't gonna go too lean.

if it garbles or stumbles it is usally to rich like when you flick the choke on you realy notice it now if it bogs out of the hole when u pin it turn pilot in a little

Mine doesnt have the pin.

New problem though. I put in the 170, adjusted the air screw some. Left in the 38.

Put in a new plug too. I go to start it and i can hardly pull it to start it. I pulled the plug out and it pulls like it should without it in, put it in, and i can't pull it. not good....

It wont pull over with the new plug? Its not too long is it, sticking down into the combustion area?

run an iridium plug it actually gives it better starting it seems like to me and gives it a better spark i dont no why...and wats ur gap at??
