Purchased 12/27/99 test rode 125 miles, light on power, good trail manners,seems to be a good pick for my not so old daughter. I am pleased at this point with over all value and quality of the unit,a lot of ride for 3,499 out the door. Thanks to all who supplied infor. on this quad. Happy Y2K !!! Powderhound

 

Hi also just picked up a 00 trailboss for my son. I have the same impression as you did nice manners on the trail, but kinda lean on the bottom end. Keeps up fine with my Sportsman500. Not bad for the money!

I have a 00' Trail Boss and like it alot except it is in the shop because the cooling fan runs constantly but I ride it very hard but I still like it better than my old 94 300 honda
