im having an eletrical problem.i just rebuilt the motor got it running good then my dad crashed it and broke the radiator I i replaced it with an old honda street bike radiator it worked fine ran it a few times with no problems when i went to start it the other day i had nothing no lights dash or tail so i checked to see if there was any spark and nothing what could this be P.S IT IS A 97 400 SPORT PLEASE HELP

 

The first thing you should check is the wires going to the rev limiter/voltage regulator which is a black box located near the top of the radiator. Make sure all the wires are in good condition.

 

all the wires look fine

 

Sounds like your CDI is shot.
