I was looking in the 2000 Accessories catalog (Sportsman 500 with winch on cover) and I found part of pic. of a quad I have never seen. Look on the 16-17 pages. You should see the Quadivator, three-point hitch,scrape blade, trailer,and a sprayer. On that page in the picture of the seeder/spreader there is a picture of a quad with an Xplorer body with independent rear suspension. But! It's not a 500 because the size ends with 35. The first number I can't see.The name ends with "er", again, I cant see the whole name.Could it be an Xplorer 335!!! Or is there an older quad that ends with 35cc's?

Bushhog, I checked the picture out. There is no such thing as an Xplorer 335, 435, etc. I think it is an Xplorer 500 with the wrong sticker on it.

The only Polaris 4X4 ATV made with independent rear suspension is the SPORTSMAN 335 and 500

 

WRONG!!!!!!!! Polaris made an Explorer 500 with IRS.

 

Explorer never has came with IRS, exclusive to the sportsman...or at least they don't make like that now

 

I forgot one. The Diesel also has IRS.

 

the deisal is also sportsman frame with deisal motor

 

I know for a fact that they made an Explorer 500 with IRS. Here is a Pic of one.

Notice that it has no handle bar mounted head light like the Sportsman. E-mail Xplorer@atving.com, he has one.

 

I almost got the IRS explorer 500 in 97 but I got the Sportsman instead, I think they had it only one year.
