I have seen a few places calling the Xplorer 400 the "Xplorer 400L" Is there any difference between those two, dont they both use the sport 400's (excuse me the Scrambler 400's) engine?

Default 400L?

People who call it an Xplorer 400 are just too lazy to say Xplore 400L, I am.
All 400L engines are the same with the exception of the alternators and positioning of the recoil starter pull rope. Utility versions have a 200 watt alternator and the sport versions have 150 watt alternator
