how do you tighten chain
#2
Loosen the two bolts on the rear of the swingarm, and I believe there are two bolts on the brake assembly... after that, put a screwdriver thru the hole in the sprocket hub until it engages the Axle carrier.... roll the quad forward to tighten, backwards to loosen.... Retighten bolts to the specified torque...
I would suggest removing the two axle carrier bolts entirely and cleaning the threads out on a wire wheel... You might coat the threads with a THIN coat of anti-seize....
Good Luck....

The reccamended torque settings on the brake & carrier aren't critical, but I reccamend following them. Until I stuck a torque wrench on it, I found out I was over tightening the brake bolts and under tightening the carrier bolts, this explained the chain loosening. Now no more loosening.
