Rode SportsMan 700!
#1
Hey guys,
Not sure if any of you have had ride time or not on the SP700, I got my first in person glimpse and ride today. Heres what I came up with. The thing looks pretty nice, Nice rims and tires. The classic Sportsman Look,in silver, I always liked it. I really like the key start, thats pretty nice, Why its not on all quads, we'll never know. The first thing I noticed was that it is narrower than my Grizzly. Now, mind you, I am 6'3" 210lbs, I like the wider seat myself. The power is pretty good, My dealer thinks the Grizz will Smoke the Sp700, but it should be close, with the edge to the Grizz, thats just my opinion, after riding them both. The ride is a bit better than the 660. One other nice feature of the SP, is the straight line shifting, I like that. It also is quiter than the grizz. Overall, I am happy that I went with the grizz, At 740 pounds, I don't care how much power you have, you are going to notice it over a 600lb machine. It didn't put me in a state of awe like the Grizz did when I first seen her. Can't wait to race one!
