True to Polaris

Well, I know it's not exactly the type of "atv" this forum is based on. But I just got my newest Polaris last week. It's an '02 550 SuperSport. (snowmachine) My atv's are put away for the winter. Now I can't wait for the snow to fly. There just isn't enough yet. I have ridden snowmachines before, but this is the first one I've owned. How many of you atvers are snowmachiners too? I own a '96 Ski-Doo Formula SLS 500. It was my first sled, and I still have it. I really like it. Now I am saving up money for my first quad purchase, hopefully by early next spring if things work out as planned. Thinking about adding some new skis to my sled, and getting rid of the old heavy steel skis. Maybe some Simmons Flexi-Ski, SLP, or USI Plastic Skis.

Since I bought the short track, I had them take of the .82 and put on a 1.25 paddles to help get through the deeper stuff. I also had them take off the steel and put on composite skis before I even brought it home. Now if we'd only get enough snow...
