Is there a core charge?
Where at in the power range will the cam increases performance?
Is it a noticable increase or slight increase?

Try a larger carb for your Trailblazer. Find someone who has put a larger carb on their 400 and ask them for their old 34 mm carb. Add a U.F.O, jet accordingly and let her rip. Granted it still won't keep up with the 400s, but it will make a difference. Really, there isn't much you can do with piston port motors as opposed to the reed valved variety, but getting it to breath better can't hurt.
