i just got done putting my stage on kit on my 2000 boss and man is it sweet .when i first started it up it idled like the old pipe ,i was thinking darn!!!!!!then i reved it up and was thinking o my god!!!!!!! it sounds like a frickin truck with pipes but louder..the sound is amazing .and the power up-grade is unbeleaveable.and i owe all my thanks to rick ritter ,keven the motor head spencer the future motor mechanic and kevins dad the carb man.sorry for draging on but the kit is just so cool..lol.later guys

 

Did you change the weights and the secondary spring on the clutch assembly? Was it very hard?

I changed the primary spring to the RCR green one. It made one heck of a difference. My TBoss sounds just like my buddies 300EX w/ White Bros exhaust on it. It is not too loud though, it is just right.

 

we changed the spring to a brown one and didnt change the weights but it made a big difference

the kit only took us 2 and a half hours to put on... the hardest part was to put on the pipe becuz u have to cut your header pipe to fit the new muffler on.
