Has anyone tried to modify their stock 2 stroke ex? I have a 95 300 2x4 and would like to do some mods to it for a power increase.I was wondering can the stock silencer be cut off the end and maybe add a straight silencer like the aftermarket pipes. Also what do polaris design the stock ex. for bottom, mid, or top end? I know the difference in the RPM range is the length of the expansion chamber.So could the stock expansion chamber be lengthened or shortened to add more power? Also does anyone know the formula to work out the peak power rpm's to expansion chamber length and diameter? I can do it for 4 strokes but I need the 2 stroke one.
