Just curious too see how other machines close to mine are set up for jetting. ex: main jet, pilot jet, type of needle, position of clip on needle, air screw turns, etc etc.
Ok here is the list of my mods
.020 over wiseco piston,
HPD trail mod porting,
HPD billet head 12:1 with stud girdle,
V-force 2 reed block with HPD spacer,
39mm PWK carb,
HPD velocity excelerator,
HPD high flow air box with Twin Air filter,
HPD trail pipe jet hot coated,
FMF turbine core ll silencer,
trail mod flywheel,
AAEN roller clutch
HPD agressive clutch kit with brown primary spring,53 gram weights and violet secondary spring,
I am close to sea level and the current temp is 2'C
I would appreciate some feedback on this

My quad is a little diferent but here goes

1993 350L 4x4 (352 cc)

HotSeat xplorer pipe
V-force delta 2 reeds
K&N filtercharger with outerwear (airbox just too restrictive)
UFO on stock 34mm carb
NO porting or headwork yet!!!!
210 main jet
needle-clip at middle (position 3 of 5)
15 pilot jet (UFO recomends cutting pilot size in half) had a 30 before

I live at 3200 ft but most of my riding is in the mountains 6000-9500 ft.
Temps this time of year from 0 to 30 above

I changed out the factory blue-green primary spring and put in the green Polaris one. Changed the factory red secondary spring and went with the HotSeat orange spring to help keep it geared down more. Just installed a new HPD helix for high altitude (38-34 split), also to help keep up the Rpm's up in the mountains. Also tried the new HPD kevlar belt. I went to larger than stock tires ( 26" 589 M/T's on chrome rims ) so I needed my quad to be geared down some.

Don't know if any of this info helped since your using another Brand of carburetor, Heck!! I don't know if it's even right for mine!!! But I hope so!!

Doug
