Has anyone had any problems with bending the corners in on their plow? I have the 48" Polaris plow on my 99'Mag 500. I don't fly over the concrete walks or anything, maybe 5 to 8 mph. Does anybody have any ideas about how to bolster the rigidity of the plow corners? Thanx

I've pounded my Polaris 48" plow on my Magnum 500 for the past month. I have yet to see the faintest sign of wear or bending.

You may very well have a defective plow.

The deepest snow we've had is 10 inches, and I plow four or five of the widow ladies on the street out with no problem. One of the driveways is concrete and is cracking terribly. I have yet to see any damage even after hammering a new deep crack each and every time I make a pass at the driveway.

Talk to the dealer and see if your plow is defective. The speed your plowing at isn't too fast.
