I am not trying to start a range war but I have had better luck with the TMX38.I tried the 39 but never could get it jetted right and every time I called for tech help I was told to call back later. After two pistons I tried the 38 and so far havn't had any problems so far. On another forum a guy had the 39 and he also had major problems with his also. My EGT should ok but after a while burnt a whole straight through the piston. I have a buddy who has the same mods as me and we run neck and neck and I have the FMF pipe instead of a HPD. We can switch machines and get the same results. Different things work for different people. I live in Eastern Texas and maybe the weather has a lot to do with it cause it is always changing. I am not trying to tell you what to get cause when it comes down to it you are the one spitting out the dough.
