Has anyone ever experienced a popping feeling from the rear on a SP 500 on the initial acceleration? After taking off it’s fine it only happens after shifting from reverse to high and not every time. It actually feeling like the brake is holding then releases after giving it a little gas. I know it’s not the rear brake..seems to be coming from the tranny. Changed fluid to check condition and it seems fine. Thanks in advance.

 

Yes, this is common. It's just gear back lash. My 500 did it and my 700 does it even worse, but it's nothing to worry about. Both of mine have done it since they were new.
