chains?
#2
the stock stuff costs 125.00 for it all/my 400 has 2100 miles on it.i was just bunny hopping a railroad tie and when i came down it broke my chain.i was barely moving and the back tires wasnt spinning when i hit the ground either.this accident kind of scares me some because i have climbed some very dangerous hills and i would hate to crash because of a chain breaking.anyone else had any chains to break under normal use.??

Nope, but when I used to bike ride, everyone swore by DID x-rings as being the strongest, longest lasting chain.
I had one snap years ago on a bike, but it was an 'economy' one I got when I was young and stupid. Since then, I always spent the extra bucks for a 'premium' and never had one break again. They last enough longer, they don't cost any more per mile anyway.
