Does anyone know where I can get a front bumper for my Scrambler. All the ones I see are around 200 bucks. An oem is about 70ish. Any suggestions?

You can get a DG for around $90, and they look real cool too. I've Also heard that Daran Denny is making them himself, and selling them, I've seen them on his website, and they also look pretty cool. I don't think they're too expensive either. But I don't remember the exact prices.

You can get a full DG front Alloy bumper from the Dennis Kirk mail order house for $121.00

Good protection for the rad, looks good too.

I bought a DG front bumper for my 2002 SC.500 4x4 from Rocky Mountain ATV, for $85.00 delivered to me. Give them a call, maybe they have some left at that price..The part # is 55-5030. Good luck!

Is it much lighter than a stock steel unit, or does it get bolted on that piece as an additional protective item?

The DG is lighter, you do remove your factory bumper. The screen that is riveted to stock bumper comes off and goes on the DG.It looks tons better..Just my opinion.Barelylegal, I noticed you run a green spring on your SC.500. Where in the powerband does it make a difference? Also does the FMF help out? Which model do you have?
