I have a 96 trailbazer with a fresh rebuild +80 installed a Hot Seat kit - pipe, jets, filter, clutch springs. Now it blows head gaskets GNCC North Carolina made only one lap. Any ideas? It didn't blow gaskets at +60.

 

is your head warped? or too much compression for that gasket?

thats all i can think of!!

 

Maybe you should give your local dealer Service Manager.(just kidding)

I'm sure that it is PROBABLY a warped head. Bring it in, I'll have it checked.
