I just bought my first ATV a month ago and I bought the Sportsman 700. I must say I am very please with it. I've ben riding my father-in-laws for about two years before I bought this one. It is a Suzuki 500 4x4, and I must say after riding the Suzuki, then going to the Sportsman 700 there was no comparision. It took a day or so to get used to the Sportsman 700, but once you do you'll never ride anything else. Check out my photos, there is a link in my signature.

I have the sp700. It was made on Sep 17, 2001. I have had many problems:
Fuel fittings leaking
Greese Fittings falling out
Stator went bad

These are just a few. Other than the problems, the machine wil go through just about anything. The ground clearance is great as well as the power and ride comfort. Minus the problems of a new model, you can't go wrong with the machine. Good luck!!
