awd not engaging???

hi, now my AWD wont work. the front wheels dont spin. the light goes on. but the wheels dont spin. i had it in the air and they still dont spin. could this be a loose wire??? or what

Could be a lose wire , I had the same problem with my left front ,I had to take the front rack and cowl off and just follow the wires from the hub up to where they connected under the cowl . I hopes this helps.
