ALRIGHT I HAVE A 00 TRAILBLAZER PORTED,20"BORE,WISECO PISTON,DG PIPE
HPD CLUTCH KIT ,OK ITS PRETTY MUCH DECKED OUT IF KEPT GOING ID BE BRAGGIN SERIOUSLY ILL TRY TO GET A PIC POSTED BY THE WAY ITS NOT THE UGLY *** YELLOW AND WHITE NEITHER,ANYWAYS MY PROBLEM IS I LOVE POLARIS BUT DAM I KEEP BREAKING STUFF SO FAR I HAVE REAPLACED BOTH
A- ARMS, THEN BENT THEM AGAIN, BROKE THE WELDS OF THE FOOT PEGS FROM
JUMPING (I HAVE NO FLOORBOARDS CUT THEM OFF), ALSO THE WELDS ON THE FRAME SUPPORTS BROKE TOO. POLARIS MAKES A GREAT HANDLING TRAIL QUAD BUT DONT WASTE YOUR TIME TRYING TO MAKE IT A RACE QUAD UNLESS YOUR PLANNING ON HAVING HPD TRY TO SELL YOU ONE OF THEIR FRAMES, PERSONALLY I MAY END UP SELLING MY TB ITS GONNA HURT, BUT MAY HAVE TO P/U A HONDA 250R AND BUILD IT UP

Bentaxle...I think that you need to figure out what you are doing wrong...not the quad. I have jumped the hell out of mine and had NO problems with the frame or A-arms. That is the good thing about Polaris quads, they are built to take the abuse.

I think something ielse is wrong if your bending your a arms its not from ramping. Im my opionion at least but it could be i have a modded 500 scrmabler it ways more and i used to have a ramp that would go down a 40 foot hill and across a 50 yard feild then you would ramp down into a little valley then the ramp goes up out of it the ramp was about 5 foot high and i would hit it wide open and the only thing i broke was the swingarm and that was after hitting it many times, but my front end never broke anything ever and the landing was also flat, but i could be wrong

First of all, you need to take off the caps. then you need to decide if your riding the trails or racing!! If in-fact you are racing.......the trailblazer isnt the bike for you!! what about the POWER factor. I have personally ridden Trailblazers with more mods than your's.(it's not the bike.. but the biker)!!! Later

Ok seriously i jump the hell out of the dam thing i think the shocks had it, i dont know why stuff keeps breaking im jumpin off 4 to 5 foot step up jumps the quad has great bottom end however top end could use some help, however, Ill dust a 250x, and almost hang with a stock blaster or warrior(3-4 quads on warrior),had the head ported to the max without running race gas,the head was also cut to raise the compression ,its got the wiseco prolite, ive jetted the the carb to a 50 pilot,170 main, dropped the needle, K&N filter, chopped up airbox from hell(cant ride realy wet conditions)clutch kit HPD,premix of course 32:1,190 Douglass wheels (9x9 in rear),on maxis razors, went one tooth higher on countershaft sprocket .Ill try to get a pic of it so u can check out.

And to all you smart a$$ punks whho said im too tuff for my quad lets go out and see whos realy tuffer, Ive showed up raptors and 400ex's so lets go Badlands time and place

Almost hang with a stock blaster or warrior...hahaha..thats funny. If you can't beat them, then you don't want any part of my scrambler. And by the way, as much as it sounds like you take care of your atv, you might want to buy you a tank.

you can ALMOST hang with warrior and blaster?
dude, you said you had so moany mods that you dont want to brag,
my mildly modded scrambler will dust warriors 250x's blasters, and will 'Almost' hang with 400 ex's, 250 r's, and banshees (i stomp them till they hit 3rd gear)
