1ST, Thanks for all the replies I have had on the other questions, I like to get a lot of opinions. I ride a lot of hills so,my questions are: Does EBS work with 2-stroke?/Does EBS change performance?/Can you have EBS with clutch mods?/Is there another way to get some holdback?/Why do all Polarises weigh 420 lbs or more?...were's the lead???

Guess nobody wants to talk about weight or EBS. I know that weight and EBS hits a sore spot with some Polaris owners. I hope that's not a real bad thing. I'm just hoping for some info on these cause I don't know JACK about either of them. Come on!! Don't let me down here. I need this info to make my choice.

I have ebs on my 99 sp500 and love it!I think it helps save the brakes too. I have heard on here that it works on 2 strokes but not as effective as on a 4 stroke. I have also heard some folks claim it slows them down. I've had mine up to 59mph and had to let off and slow down for a curve.

All the lead is in my pencil, I just need somebody to write to! :-)

Alright, stop rubbing it in Four_Play, mine will get up to 55 one day, when i roll it off the back of a truck on the highway. Until then, I'm still maxing at 44 mph, lucky swine!

Swac1 If I read right in some of your post you have a cluch kit on your bike?I have heard some other people say thay lost top after installing a cluch kit this may be your problem. But If this bike starts giving you major promblems (You have theft on your bike?) I would leave it in my truck downtown over night with the tailgate down and in the morning you may get a pleasant surprise.

P.S If anyone asked I didn't say nothing.LOL
