Has anyone tried both of these and found that one works better than the other? I was talking to a guy over the weekend and he said K&N all the way and that he had better performance with it than a UNI. I use a UNI and have found it to do pretty well. Any thoughts out there on this before I go buy a new K&N. Thanks

 

Most people that ride sand use a K&N with the outerwear. If you ride Kermit then the K&N will be OK but I would not spend the extra money on the K&N. I run a twin air on my scrammy cause the foam filters fine sand best. Either filter will be OK but if you have the UNI use it.

Hey Snoop61 do you ride at Kermit any? I ride there almost every weekend. Hey where is Chandler?

 

I rode there about two years ago and had a blast. About 30 of us came out there for a week. Chandler is 10 miles west of Tyler on HWY 31. About a 7 hr drive fom you.
