Well was riding the Scrambler up in Hurley WI this past weekend. I am to the conclusion that I made the best choice. The only gripe I have about it is the seat is very unconfortable. Is there any company that makes better seats for it. Any suggestions?

What did you not like?

The 02 Scrambler X ,500 and 400 have a GEL type seat you could order but I do not know af anything aftermarket.

 

The seat is not very comfortable. It should be thicker. Is your gel seat aftermarket from polaris? Or is it the stock seat?

 

Wow, that's the first complaint I've heard on the seat. Most buds always comment on the extreme comfort. I've never tried the gel seat, please keep us posted on it if you order it.....Anyone know if it's lighter than the stock unit? That speed thing always kicks in.

Polaris has always had a plush seat,WAY BETTER than most anyone I can think of.

Any way I do not have the Gel seat and do not know the weight.

My buddy has a the 500 X Scrambler, It is quite a bit softer than the standard unit.
You should be able to order a seat from a 2002 500 X Scrambler (BLACK)

If you order it for a 400 X Scrambler it will be Blue.

You maybe able just to order the inside Pad and RE USE your cover but I am not sure, see your dealer.
