Yesterday, I purchased a 700 and was surprised to see on the cover of the owners manual:
Sportsman 700
Sportsman 600
The dealer was just as surprised,Any info on 600 Sportsman?

So what kind of info did the manual have regarding the 600? Was going to buy a 500 or 700 until I heard about the 600 so now guess just wait until Aug 5th.

This thread may be a hoax but the sportsman 600 sure isn't. It should be released August 5th or so.

 

First time poster here. I work at a Polaris dealership. I checked the owners manual for a 2003 Sportsman 700 and it also says Sportsman 600 in big letters on the cover. The manual is a general manual, so it gives no specifics on the machine.

 

Before MT pockets has a coneption and gets his hands out of his pockets,the 600 is not a dream,its real. The manual specs for the 600 state 1240 GVW,Length-85 inches (4"longer than the 700),597cc same size tires as the 700,& 11" ground clearance.
