I recently bought a 2000 TrailBlazer and am thinking about putting a rcr kit on it, is it really worth it and how much does installation usually cost. I would not attempt it myself, probably have my dealer do it

The Kit is really worth it! I got the low-end. It will wheelie, and i've picked up more on the top-end i believe..not much..maybe 1 or 2 mph.

Why wouldn't you do it? It's simple! Anyone can do it. The only hard part is jetting. I didn't have to mess with mine at the time. When i put it on the plug was burning a nice brown color at 15 degrees out. Now it is running SLIGHTLY fouled. So i imagine it needs some adjustment.

Dealers would probably charge around $50! you could save yourself tons buy just doing it. Rick Ritter is very helpful with any questions you may have. And i've heard that he will even walk you through the process. He even offered to call me when i had questions about my kit!

MEDSKER,

I agree with Aaron, my top end kit was well worth it. The instalation went with out a hitch. I used no magic four letter words in its assembly.
