I have a 325 Magnum 4x4 (2002)

I have the Shop Manual (Through Parker Yamaha)

Please let me know what "tools" I'll need for Fluid Maintenance (Oils & Lubes)

Should I buy the Polaris greases (etc)?

Basically I need to LEARN & Execute!

Thanks!

I really prefer the "Polaris" service manuals although I am not familar with the one you have already.

Basic socket set SAE and Metric 3/8 drive will be fine for the engine a diff gear boxes. You will also need a hex allen wrench set for the removal of the front hub set screws to drain the ATF / Polaris Premium hub lubricant.

You don't need to buy the polaris greese. Look at the owners or shop manual, it will give you the spec's on the grease. If you spend more than $2 a tube, your spending too much!

Are you speaking of my Parts Manual? I know how to get to my local dealer, but I'm having heck of a time getting comfortable with him. I have an extended warranty on my machine and thusfar, nothing is considered coverable. I keep getting quotes for $400 here and $500 there all of which I have nothing to compare to. I just want a way to compare prices to determine if this guy is legit.

Thanks for you help
