What does everyone use to get their quads off the ground to work on them? Is there a company that makes a lift or a jack for quads at a reasonable price? Something that might let you get all four wheels off the ground at once?

You can get them at your local Sam's Club for $89. Foot operated hydraulic unit. That's a lift by the way. I think Northern Hydraulics and Harbor Freight offer them also.

I use the one that Northern Tool has in their catalog, it works for sleds or quads. Will raise them up to 24", I think CMP makes them. It works great for me....

I bought a 1500lb cap. atv jack from sportsmansguide.com. Works great, gets all four tires off the ground for easy access, and is the lowest priced hydraulic jack I've seen yet...$99. Check it out, its in the Auto + Tools section on their site.
