I just finished modding my 02 Trailboss this morning, and I'll have to say that I am very pleased with the outcome. I istalled an Aaen Green primary, Aaen Megafone muffler, and K&N filter. This doesn't even seem like the same quad. Instant throttle response and quick acceleration!!! Can't wait to drag my buddy on his 400 sportsman now. He beat me by 2-3 lengths stock, I'll eat him now. I'm not ready for a 500, but I think I'll have a much more fun ride now. Best of all, I only spent a hair over $200.

It does make a difference. I also have the Aaen exhaust, rcr green spring and air box mod, K&N Powerkit(jet and filter), DG bumper, and some other weight redux.

My quad is a 00 325 TBoss.

Blazin 325, where did you find the DG bumper, and what kind of weight reductions have you done?

around 2000 year scramblers. It bolts right up, but on top where it bolts to the frame you will have to notch 3/4 inch of plastic where the fender meets the nose piece. To make it look factory I also bought the radiator grill for a 400 scrammy to cover the oil cooler. It bolts directly to the DG bumper and only cost abouy $28.

My dealer also told me that a DG bumper for a Trailblazer will fit on without notching the plastic, but it does not have the big bottom peice.

Here is a pic of the 400 scrambler bumper.

I now have pics of my Trailboss with the DG Bumper. If any one wants to see it mounted on and the notched plastic than reply or send me a email and I will send the pic out.

These mods really woke mine up in a big way too. I'm about to order ITP wheels and a 414 kit!

If I don not sell my Trailboss by winter I am going with the 414cc and Different plastic.
