Who has done this mod? How much weight did it save and where were you able to find the wheels? I'm looking at HPD or Rocky Mountain for a nice set but don't really know the size for stock tires.

Thanks

I just put a set of the ITP C Series with the Goodyear Rawhides on mine and it looks sweet. With the black and silver quad those C series wheels really stand out and the Rawhides just make it look better all the way around. I put 12 inch rims all the way around. You can get a set from Rocky Mountain ATV with Dirt Devils for under 500.00 shipped to your door. The only reason I chose the Rawhides was the dealer gave me cost plus 10% on the tires and rims. If you need more info Iwillbe glad to help.

I am really not sure it will be lighter. The Rawhides are a heavier tire with the bigger lugs. The C series are just about 7.5lbs from what I read. I will weigh them tomorrow night and post the results. You can go with a less aggressive tire and save some weight. The stock front tires will mount on the C series cause they are a 12 inch rim but if you get C series all the way around you will have to get new backs cause the have 10 inch rims. Check to make sure cause mine is a 2000 model.

It looks like my Magnum has 24x11x8 up front and 24x11x12 in the rear. The stock tires are in perfect shape so I'd liek to keep them and wear them down first.

Check your front size again. Iam not saying it is wrong the 8 inch front rim with a 11 wide tire seems strange. Never seen that before. If you have 24x11x12 in the rearthe Cseries will work with the stock tires but you will have to buy new rims and tires for the front.Front tires are cheaper and Wal Mart now carries the stock Polaris tires.

I think I put the numbers in wrong. It's 8 wide and 11 long I think.
