Polaris already has the braided stainless lines, and they're cheap too. 2001 and up. You can make tube extensions for extended swingarms, or contact hot seat, they have custom extensions for sale.

Sorry if I'm missing something here, but if your machine is a 2002, you already have the best of all the Polaris braking....better master cylinder, steel lines..etc.

Default braided brake lines

yes but the brakes stink. i want to put a front brake lever off from the pred on for the front brakes only . get rid of the left lever . and tie both rear lines together and hook them up to the foot lever. i need to make the brokes work better and like everyone else has them . sick of riding other quads and grabbing a hand full of clutch and nearly getting killed thinking it was the brake lever . very hard habit to break.was also told but never looked for myself that each rear line only controls one half of the caliper. if soo this is really stupid .

I've got a 99TB. I changed my brake line around so that the foot lever controls
both lines. Just go to NAPA and get a "T" and take one of the lines with you so
you can get the right size. You will have to disconnect and then plug the line
that comes from the junction up front. You can re-use all that line to run to the
new "T". I left my hand lever alone so I can't help you with that part.
