WOW! that's awefully funny. Belts are junk, but snowmobiles are just as heavy and have 2 to 3 times the power. I guess all snowmobiles are junk just like polaris. What an idea I never thought about. I'm going to now sell all my "junk". Thank you everyone, but I'm going tommorrow to buy a 250x Honda. I know it will run as fast as my race mod wheeler. Bubba

NO! Oil in the clutch cover is NOT normal. I have heard that their is a seal (can't remember what it's called) that is prone to leak on the 700's. It's much like the rear main seal on a car engine. I'm also told that it is not cheap to fix. Check your engine oil and see if the oil level is down. The aaen clutch kit has nothing to do with the problem. I also have the aeen kit in my 700. While talking to aaen performance on the phone for a question unrelated to yours, a lady at aeen gave me the phone # of a guy in New York that is somewhat of an authority on the sp 700's. He was very helpfull and he is the one that told me about the seal problem. This was months ago, but at the time he told me that he had seen 2 or 3 700's in one week alone with the same problem. I don't mean to worry you or ruin your day but I would get with my dealer and keep on eye on your oil level.
