i was just wondering what all the indicators are in the speedo.....they say it has "engine diognostics" could someone look in their owners manual and see what that means........what engine diognostics is there besides oil pressure and batery low and high temp..............is there anymore than those i listed? well i was just wondering...........and are they still fogging up?

Engine RPM
Battery voltage
No fog yet
Note: engine diagnostic will only work in neutral.

 

so all those things metioned will only work in N what is the point of that or is it just the High RPM that works in N thats my guess..............by the way where is the OIL TEMP light thats what is really needed.........? and or an AIR FILTER light i rarly check mine and it would be good to know when it is due for replacemant/cleaning too.......

 

You still have all the dummy lights (they are now pictograms) which will give you all info needed when driving your quad. The diagnostic mode is more for maintenance such as checking idle speed, checking charging system and oil pressure Hi/Lo. Don't think you will see an air filter change indicator as I don't think they even have them in cars.

 

Checking an air filter takes less than two mintutes, so I don't see a need for a warning light.

offrder....I would have to agree with you too......we should not have something if you dont want to take the time and physically check it out......I dont know about you all but I like to look inside what I am riding and make visual inspections....just keeps me in tune with what I am doing....ride on [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/img]

 

Real work machines have warning lights......like a skid stear.........so i was just suggesting that it would be neet to have that air filter light......being a skid steer has one and they are both operated in neerly the same conditions (very dusty) so when u are ridin along you dont have to check it every 30min......see what i am sayin......????....Well i think it is a good idea anyways..!! and if u like you could still check it manualy......
