42hp at the wheels...trinity if i recall got 46...so that translates to what, 50 or so HP at the crank? http://www.off-road.com/atv/reviews/...ynoreport.html

If they are accurate those are some very impressive numbers. I cant wait to race one. The predators are a little heavier and have a little more horsepower than the cannondale so it should be a good race. From what I have heard the predators are lacking on the low end, but the top end screams. We drag race at a local track 300ft long. I dont think the predator will beat the cannondales in 300 feet, but in a long run I think the predator might give it a run for its money. But that is only my opinion, I could be wrong.

Those are good numbers 42, but remember that a CT piped or Trinity piped raptor makes 50hp. LOL If you want to go by dyno's there is no reason to ever race them. When the smoke clears the predator, raptor and cannon are all going to be real close in 300 feet. The winner of the holeshot will most likley win the race. In 660' the machine with the most hp will win. I look foreward to getting that piped predator back out to my house. After he rejetted and did a few air box mods i want to see how it runs. I willstill say that throw systems on both (predator and raptor) and they are still about even with each other. Niether one can run off and hide from the other. How come polaris had 3 years to make a faster quad and they make it about the same?? LOL
Trinity got 45 hp stock the other day. Those quads must make HP in there sleep. I think that polaris is got a winner on its hands if it does not suffer from the past polaris quaility problems
