What size ITP wheels do I need to get to run the stock tires on my Magnum 325?

 

Anyone you talk to will tell you to stick to the original size on the Magnum 325, it just doesn't have the power to handle anything else, one of our club members tried going to a 25" and ended up replacing the rear axle because it twisted and front u-joints . Ok, so what's the original size of the wheel?

 

You didn't specify year so I'll give you a couple of years, 2002 Front - 24x8-12, Rear 24x11.5-12, 2003 Front - 24x8-12, Rear 24x11-12. I am waiting for a reply from Polaris to see if the new standard rear tire for 2003 is acceptable on all machines as it is very difficult to find a good aftermarket tire in the 11.5x12 size. Hope this helps you out.

BarelyLegal, the only size that the ITP c-series wheel comes in is a 12x7 with a 4 on 156 bolt pattern. Your rear tire should fit fine but your 24x8-12 front tire might be too narrow for a 7 inch wide wheel. How wide is your stock front wheel? I'm guessing it's a 12x6? It should be stamped some where on the wheel.

 

Stamped? Cool. I'll go look. If I need to get wider tires I'll do that.

Sorry I'm late in getting back to you, here are the tire sizes that must be on your bike any wider or larger and you are looking at potential axle breakage, bearing or gears blown, the 325 stock can't handle anything else. Nature of the beast. Front 24 x 8-12 Rear 24 x 11.5-12 you can use a 24 x 11-12 on the rear also.
Wide and High will cost you in the end.
