I read a post a while back and someone said that Hpd makes nerfs for a Scrambler if anyone knows for sure or has had any experience with this product I would appreciate any info I can't seem to find anything about them. Thanks

 

As far as I know,HPD does not make any nerf bars. Hotseat Performance does, but they're pretty pricey and made of steel. that's why most use Banshee bars. They actually fit with very little modification, and look good too. I did mine in one evening.Bubba

 

Bubba what did you have to do to modify the banshee nerfs to fit. I had ordered some lagear frame nerfs and they showed up with the wrong nets so I'm looking to pick some up locally.

 

My stepdad has Raptor pro pegs on a Scrambler 500 and a Trailblazer 400.. Look in my gallery pictures for both bikes, plus my sweet C-dale..[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

 

All I had to do was weld 2 small angle pieces to the bottom of the frame sides to bolt the nerfs to. everything else just fell into place. I even used the crossbar in front and was able to bolt 3 out of the 4 holes in place.Remember, they are not there to hold your body weight all the time, just to help protect you in a couple if ways.Bubba

Best I can remember(scary). The 400 has hpd nickel trail pipe and hpd msa silencer, agg.clutch kit,ritter airbox mod kit, AC pro peg raptor nerfs, razr 2's on douglas .190,o'neill bars, custom healguards,all the billet stuff from hotseat,Dg front bumper,prm rear grab bar.

The 500 has Black plastics,douglas .190 with badland tires,raptor pro pegs getting healguards made,Dg front bumper,prm rear grab bar, going to add white bros e-series,

Did you guys do your own mods to the AC Raptor nerfs or did you have a shop do it? If you guys made them up would you make a pair to sell? If a shop did the mods how about a phone number or e-mail address?
