Two questions: How is the Pure Polaris pipe with or without the head pipe? Which is the better way to go? I heard the head pipe does not provide enough back pressure. Is that true?
Also, Which do you prefer for regular trail riding, the 13 sproket up front or the 38 in the rear. With the White brothers pipe. Thanks

Graffer, the factory head pipe is to large and does not provide the right amount of back pressure. I am not aware of any aftermarket head pipes ready for delivery to the public right now. there are some prototypes out there that are making some good dyno numbers with the white bros. slip on. take a couple of disc out with the factory pipe, all is well. the new head pipes are coming. as far as the 13 tooth front sprocket, i know the people who are racing in the sand dunes are recommending it. I pretty much drag race on dirt and the 38 tooth rear sprocket seems to be perfect. you have less drag on hard surface than in the sand. really is going to depend on what type of riding your going to do.
