Depending on where you want your power. The low to mid would give you the most bottom end with better take off. The top end pipe is not that quick off the line and power kicks in about half throttle. I have the HPD trail pipe which is like the RCR low/mid pipe. It pulls real hard on the bottom end and I changed to a bigger carb to help with top end. If you do alot of trail riding and climbing then the low/mid pipe is best. You can allways work on top end later. The low/mid pipe will still increase your top speed. As for the silencer that would be up to you and how loud or quiet you want it. The more louder, the kess restrictive it will be and you will get more hp. The more quiet, the less restrictive and less hp. The silencer will not make much difference on hp.
