can water enter the elctric starter? if so how do i drain it.

Yes water can enter the starter thats why there is a drain on the bottom of the starter. Water will get in the starter every time you go in water. You must drain it after you ride. BTW why does your post say 2000 tb when your profile says 2001 tb?

 

The drain bolt sticks straight down off the starter.
